Squatters Run Apartments - Thredbo Village, Snowy Mountains

The unique design features found throughout Squatter's Run offer a space for everyone to enjoy their holiday whether active or relaxing. All apartments have balconies and living rooms that provide a great view of the mountain, some offer window seats with a view of the passing village life, others a loft for a quiet escape or a dining nook for a cosy dinner with friends. for non-skiers, Squatter's Run is the place to enjoy the village atmosphere unique to Thredbo.

Our units provide a wide range of appointments including underfloor heating, balconies, mountain views, TV, sound systems, DVD, fully appointed kitchens and laundries. Spa baths, fireplaces and BBQs are available in a number of units. Each unit also has ski and boot storage and a designated car space.

On-site reception offers a superior higher level of service for guests staying in the apartments, including complimentary DVD library

Room Types

Studio
Squatters studios are an ideal solution for two adults or for shorter stays, offering compact accomodation with all the facilities of a larger apartment. The combined lounge and dining area incorporates a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. This area leads to a balcony overlooking the village and mountain providing the ideal spot to assess the weather or enjoy the activities of the village.

The sleeping area (twin or queen) is screened from the living area and each apartment has a full bathroom and laundry facilities.

1 Bedroom
These spacious apartments offer bedrooms as a quiet haven at the end of the day. In addition there is a sofa bed or other sleeping space in the living area. With the added area, plus balconies overlooking the village and mountain they are ideal for longer holidays for a couple or a small family.

As the apartments enjoy fully equipped kitchens you are able to enjoy home cooked meals and there is space to invite friends to dinner or drinks. These apartments include laundries and full bathrooms.

The deluxe versions of these apartments include a special extra feature or two such as spa baths; large balconies with BBQ; second toilet or a warm and cosy fireplace.

1 Bedroom + Loft
If more space or separation from the children is your preference, then these apartments, with a loft area, provide the ideal accomodation. Ideal as a study, childrens play area or for sleeping two adults, most lofts have high vaulted ceilings providing a sensation of more space for families and friends.

These apartments share all the same great features as our one bedroom apartments.

2 Bedroom
If you are looking for space then this is where you come – these apartments feel huge. Each has high vaulted ceilings set over spacious lounge and dining areas with fireplace and fully equipped kitchens.

The main bedroom, with king bed, enjoys an ensuite in addition to the main bathroom.

Each has a large balcony with BBQ and space for a small party!

RATE RULES

Rates are per apartment based on use of existing bedding.
If additional bedding is required, a surcharge will be payable.
Bedding configuration does vary between apartments of the same type.Please confirm bedding requirements when booking.
In Shoulder and Peak periods - 7 night bookings commence Friday or Sunday.5 night bookings commence Sunday. 2 night bookings commence Friday
We reserve the right to reallocate bookings between apartments.
Other bookings may be available, subject to availability and terms and conditions.
